Are the pictures of the cars on the site actually the car I can have?

Yes. Every single car picture on our website is the actual car you can rent.

What are the requirements for renting a supercar?

In order to rent a supercar, you must be at least 24 years old and have a valid driver's license. Additionally, you will need a credit card for the security deposit. Upon rental, please ensure that you bring two forms of photo identification, your credit card, and your insurance slip. This is to guarantee a hassle-free rental experience.

Is it okay for someone other than the person who reserved the car to drive it?

Yes, we kindly request that all drivers, max. 2 Persons, present their original driver's license and passport on the day of pick-up. This is a requirement to ensure compliance with regulations and for your safety.

Is it okay if the driver is not the same person as the one who made the reservation?

Yes. Individuals who are not driving the car can still make a reservation. However, they must first confirm the name of the driver before making the reservation.

How fast am I allowed to drive these supercars?

Please drive our rental cars within the stated speed limit as outlined in the rental agreement, and enjoy your ride. We have installed tracking devices in our cars to ensure your safety and monitor driving behavior. If you exceed the speed limit, your security deposit will be forfeited immediately, and the car will be shut down remotely. If the car is impounded by the police for speeding or other traffic violations, you will be responsible for all related costs. Thank you for your cooperation.

Is there any minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 24hrs. Weekend hire is a minimum 3 days in peak season (April to October). We can do 1 day / 24hr hires on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday only. If its on a Thursday then it would have to be Thursday morning to Friday morning.

Can I rent a car for just a few hours?

Our standard rental periods typically span a full day, commencing at 9 am and ending at 9 am the following day. However, we do provide hourly rental options for photo and video shoots during off-peak days. These hourly rentals offer greater flexibility for our customers' unique scheduling needs. Our team is committed to providing high-quality rental services, and we believe that our hourly rental options can help meet the specific needs of our valued clientele. Am I required to refuel the supercar before returning it?

It is important to refuel the car to the same level it was at when you received it. If the car is returned with less fuel, we will charge the difference to your security deposit to bring the fuel level back to its original state.

Do you inspect the supercar before handing it over to me?

Absolutely. Our team conducts a rigorous inspection of the car before every rental, and we strongly urge you to do the same. We highly recommend that you take a video of the vehicle's condition when you receive it, just as we do, to ensure complete transparency and peace of mind.

Can I take the rental car to a race track?

It is imperative to remember that our cars are strictly prohibited from being used for activities such as racetracks, street racing, or drag racing. If you engage in any of these activities, your deposit will be forfeited immediately, and we will remotely shut down the car. Furthermore, you will be held entirely liable for all associated costs, including the cost of towing the car back to our facility. We take this matter seriously, and any violation of these rules will not be tolerated.

Can I pay a security deposit all in cash?

Please be advised that the security deposit cannot be paid in full using cash. However, you must split the deposit between cash and a credit card, with a minimum of € 3,000 required to be paid using the credit card. Please note that we only accept valid credit cards for the deposit, and we do not accept pre-paid or debit cards, as this is to ensure the safety and security of the transaction.

May I cancel my reservation?

To cancel or change your reservation, please contact us with your reservation number and registered email address.

Do I need to pay a cancellation fee if I decide to cancel my reservation?

Cancellation fees may be charged in accordance with company policy and are fifty percent of the reservation amount.

Is it possible for me to modify my reservation?

Yes. The reservation number and email address from your reservation are required to make changes.

For how many days can I reserve a rental car?

We accept reservations for a rental period of one year at most.

What happens if I arrive late when picking up the car?

Please make sure to contact the concerned station if you are going to arrive later than the specified pick-up time. Failure to contact the station will cause the reservation to be canceled an hour after the scheduled pick-up time. The vehicle may also not be available anymore at the time of pick-up.

In case I damage the car, what steps should I take?

If the customer damages the vehicle during the rental, they must pay a non-operation charge (NOC) for loss of earnings incurred from repairs or cleaning. This charge is separate from the deductible and is applied to the insurance and compensation system. The NOC must be paid even if subscribed to the Safety Package.

What should I do if I am involved in an accident?

In case you find yourself in an accident, we want to provide you with the necessary instructions to handle the situation as smoothly and safely as possible. Here are the steps you need to follow:

  1. Move your vehicle to a safe location to prevent further accidents.
  2. Assist anyone who may have been injured.
  3. Report the accident to the police.
  4. Get the details of the other party involved in the accident.
  5. Contact the Global Customer Desk* to receive further guidance and support.

It's important to note that private settlements are not permitted, as doing so will invalidate your insurance. We want to ensure that you are covered and don't have to bear the entire cost of the damages. We are here to help and support you throughout this process.

What should I do if I receive a parking violation fine ticket?

If you get a notice of illegal parking attached to your vehicle, you must pay the fine to the jurisdictional police.
Upon returning the vehicle, please submit the traffic violation ticket along with the payment note and the receipt of the fine with the payment date stamp to our staff.

What are the required procedures for picking up the car?

You will be required to present your driver’s license (of all drivers) and passport for verification purposes and to sign the Rental Agreement when you pick up the vehicle. Once completed, please pay the sum determined by the contents of the agreement. (Payment must be settled when the vehicle is picked up.)
A short explanation of the vehicle will be provided, and the vehicle will be checked for existing scratches or other damages together with the user. The rental car can be used as soon as the inspection has been completed.

Can I arrange for the car to be delivered to my home?

Yes. We provide reliable delivery services for your location across Europe. Don't hesitate to contact us for more information.

Please explain the security deposit / insurance excess liability?

Like with your private vehicle insurance policy there is an excess. Our insurance works the same way (its just probably a bit more due to the value of our cars). We transfer this liability to you whilst the car is on hire by taking a security deposit which is normally pre-authorised the day before the hire if we deliver or on the day if you are collecting from us.
On average most of our cars have ……. deposit and excess. Higher valued vehicles (worth over 200,000€) may have a higher excess of 7000€-10,000€, but the deposit we hold will still be 5000€. What is the daily mileage allowance that includes all expenses?

To help you save money and avoid any surprises, we'd like to let you know that each car comes with 100 miles per day included in the rental price. After that, there's a cost per mile that varies depending on the car you choose. Just keep in mind that this is to ensure fairness and transparency for all our customers.

What is the cost if I want to purchase additional mileage?

Where are you located? Can I collect instead of paying for the delivery / collection?

Yes, you can collect from us. We are based in 86554 Poettmes, Rudolf-Diesel-Strasse 15, Bavaria, Germany.

Do you offer a delivery / collection service? If yes, where do you deliver to?

Yes, we do. We can deliver cars all over Germany, Europe, and the UAE. All main German airports, train stations, cities, hotels, home addresses, work addresses, you name it we will deliver your car there.

I am interested in a long term hire, do you offer this?

Yes, we do offer this service at very competitive rates.

What if I hired multiple times, do you offer a discount?

We offer discounts on multiple car rentals. To inquire about the discounts, please contact our team. We would be happy to discuss your requirements and provide a customized solution that meets your needs.

I am thinking about buying a Gift Voucher instead of booking a specific date.

Gift vouchers are an optimal and versatile choice for any occasion, whether it be for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, or Christmas presents. Additionally, we offer vouchers for business purposes, such as staff incentives and rewards. Our vouchers hold a maximum validity of nine months from the purchase date, providing recipients with the flexibility to choose from our range of services at their convenience. The vouchers can be personalized with your message to add a personal touch and maintain the element of surprise. Rest assured, the value of the voucher will not be disclosed. Once purchased, the vouchers will be promptly emailed to you for printing. Please note that vouchers cannot be extended or transferred, and that they hold no cash value.

Do you offer chauffeured cars instead of self-drive ones?

We offer both self-drive hire vehicles and chauffeured vehicles. It is to be noted that the fleets in question are entirely distinct and separate from each other.
